
As well as finding a new love for the combination of chocolate and raspberry, I also found new respect for chocolate and orange. This is a homage to one of my favorite candies by Lindt. They take a decadent dark chocolate and add thin slivers of almonds and citrus peel. Try my recipe. Almonds take a front row seat in my version, but it will still make a lovely gift or a satisfying little nosh after dinner.

1 1/4 cups of bittersweet chocolate (I prefer 60% cacao for this recipe.) 1/2 cup plain whole almonds, chopped Zest of one orange Sea salt to sprinkle on top
